Transformation of historic Fenwick store

Landmark transformation of the former Fenwick store in London’s Mayfair which includes the addition of four floors above the existing structure and a nine storey building to the rear, both formed of a steel frame with CLT floor slabs. G-frame were responsible for the design, supply and installation of the CLT floors for both buildings. The scheme is targeting BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, WELL ‘Platinum’, LEED ‘Platinum’ and NABERS 5* ratings and once complete will house retail spaces on the ground and first floors, offices on the second to ninth floors and a rooftop garden on the tenth floor.
